Dear Friend,

What do you want to be true of yourself when you die?

When I die, I want to be proud of myself. And I believe God wants this for me too. I don’t think he wants me to die feeling ashamed, unforgiven, or disappointed.

And I know that one day, I am going to die. What I don’t know, is when that day will be. It could be today, next month, when I’m 100 years old. I don’t know. And because I don’t know the exact day that I will die, that means that if I am going to die proud of myself, I have to live every single day in a way that I am genuinely proud of.

Up to this point in my life, I have accomplished a lot of my goals. I have helped hundreds of women transform their lives, but if I’m being completely honest with you… if I were to die today… I don’t think I could say that I’d be dying proud of myself. 🄹

Because if I’m being completely honest, there has been this tug in my heart telling me that I am not living up to my full potential. And if I were to die today, I’d be leaving this earth with so much more left to give.

And if you’re anything like me, when you feel a tug like that. You can’t ignore it. You can try, but it only festers and grows in agony. And that’s what I’ve been feeling lately.

So I’ve been leaning into it. Praying. Praying more. Praying hard. And what I hear God telling me is that it’s time to step up. I hear him saying, ā€œSam, I have given you resources, knowledge and unique skills. What are you doing with them? You could be helping so many more people, but you are just staying comfortable.ā€

That’s what I’ve been hearing in my head. And I know that voice is right. Because I have so much more to give. I have the capacity to help so many more people. And so, that’s exactly what I am going to do.

I also know that one of the most powerful ways of getting yourself unstuck from anything, and propelling yourself forward into accomplishing anything that you desire in your life, is to make a commitment and create a mission to fulfill your commitment. So that is exactly what I did.

My mission is called The Triple One. 1,000 people. 1,000,000 steps. One year or less. Said another way, I have one year to help 1,000 people achieve 1,000,000 steps.Ā I’ll hold each person accountable to completing their 1,000,000-step challenge on a timeline that matches their fitness level.

Right now, I am developing an app that will help me accomplish this mission. It’s a Steps Challenge app that incentivizes and rewards users for sitting less and moving more. When this app officially launches, my one year timeline will begin. But like any mission, before you go off to battle, if you want to be victorious, you must train so that you develop the mental and physical skills necessary to succeed.

And so if you’re reading this right now, and you know that you are not living up to your fullest potential. And you want to start living on Mission, with a mission-driven mindset. The Triple One mission has a specific focus of a step goal because when you physically put yourself in motion, it creates a chain reaction of events mentally, emotionally, and physically. But at its core, this mission will help you break comfort zones and step into your full potential.

Phase 1: Training

Now - Spring 2026:

Context: Before a soldier gets sent off to complete a mission, he or she must first go through training.Ā Training is the necessary preparation to build the mental and physical strength and skills to victoriously accomplish a mission.

Your mission, if you shall choose to accept it, will be to complete 1,000,000 steps within a timeline appropriate for your fitness level. You can set your own timeline or you can use myĀ Steps Goal Setting Worksheet to create a timeline that will push you to achieve a 10% minimum increase in your average daily step count.

During your training phase, you'll develop and strengthen the habits, focus, and resilience needed to complete your 1,000,000-step challenge no matter what life throws your way.

As your coach, I'll provide you with weekly step challenges and powerful mindset strategies that will help you to move with a mission, overcome self-doubt, and follow through even when motivation fades. I'll deliver these to your email every week for free.

Together, we'll break through comfort zones and accomplish hard things. When we go to bed at night, we'll fall asleep proud of our efforts despite our imperfections. When we wake up in the morning, we'll rise with confidence, ready to do it all over again.

Together, we will determine a timeline to complete your 1,000,000-step challenge that is best suited for your personal fitness level.

Once we’ve agreed on your timeline, I will mail you a signed and dated commitment card. When your commitment card arrives in the mail, you will also sign and date it to lock in your commitment.

As you work towards your goal, I will provide you with personal accountability check-ins to ensure you are staying on track to completing your mission.

Each month, you will earn up to $15 in gift card credits as you get closer to completing your challenge.
