In our program, you will focus on your favorite foods first. Any foods you don't plan on giving up for the rest of your life, you're not allowed to give up in our program. Learning how to eat your favorite foods and lose weight is 1 of the 2 ways we guarantee your weight loss success.
Exercise
When it comes to exercise, we say "What you will give us we will take". You can use any of the training plans in our workout vault or you can do your own exercise plan. There is no prescribed exercise plan so you have the freedom to workout on your schedule, your way.
Mindset
If you want to change your body, you must change your mind first. Why? Because your body follows your mind. Every week you will have access to weight loss specific mindset trainings. These trainings are live via Zoom and will transform you on the inside so you can be transformed on the outside.
