Group Coaching or Self-Guided Program

Our Group Coaching or Self-Guided Program is a step-by-step course that teaches you how to lose weight by "Keeping Your Calories As High As Possible For As Long As Possible". 

The Group Coaching or Self-Guided Program follows the same exact course as the Personal Coaching Program, just without the personal coach.

*Note: We have labeled this program "Group Coaching or Self-Guided" because you can choose to be a part of the live weekly group calls to ask questions, or "self-guide" yourself as you follow the course step-by-step.

This program is for you if:

  • You are desiring weight loss and/or how to understand your nutrition better
  • You are self-motivated and willing to:
    • watch training videos
    • read through PDFs
    • keep yourself accountable to completing homework assignments
    • submit questions via Facebook Private Members group
    • show up to weekly group coaching calls

Course Outline

Both the Personal Coaching Program and Group Coaching or Self-Guided Program follow the same course and are a 4 month commitment. Each week, new content will be released to you in "order of importance". The "order of importance" is very important if you have a weight loss goal. We want to make sure you are seeing results immediately, by understanding exactly what you need to do to get your weight to move, then learning about other factors that influence your weight and weight loss experience. 

Here is a general, but not exclusive, outline of what you will learn each week:

Week 0

  • Learn exactly what your true calorie intake is as well as expose the truth about your current nutrition. 

Week 1

  • Learn how to "Keep Your Calories As High As Possible For As Long As Possible".
  • Learn about macronutrients and how to create your personal macronutrient targets specific to your lifestyle and goals to create a comfortable weight loss experience.

Week 2

  • Learn how to calculate exactly how much weight you can realistically expect to lose over a 12 week period.
  • Learn how to calculate exactly what your specific range for weekly sustainable weight loss is.
  • Learn the importance of the 12 week standard for weight loss.

Week 3

  • Reveal how aligned your perception of each macronutrient is with the reality of what each macronutrient is.
  • Perform the Fruit Game and test your knowledge of difference among fruits.

Week 4

  • Learn about volume foods and how they are the best friend to a weight loss goal.
  • Learn the secret to eating more calories post cut while maintaining weight loss.

Week 5

  • Perform your FAVIA - Fruit And Veggie Intake Analysis.

Week 6

  • Learn about fiber.
  • Learn which foods you eat that contain the highest amounts of fiber.
  • Learn the top 3 struggles of people who try to lose weight and how to overcome them.

Week 7

  • Create your favorite veggies list with carbohydrate counts.
  • Learn about the Twinkie diet and the truth it reveals.

Week 8

  • Learn how your environment is helping or hindering your weight goals.
  • Learn how to re-design your environment to work for you.
  • Complete your At-Home Scorecard.

Week 9

  • Learn why a maintenance phase is key to long term weight loss success.
  • Play the Facts Game.

Week 10

  • Learn about the body's set point and the role it plays in long term weight loss success.

Week 11

  • Learn how to set yourself up for success with realistic expectations transitioning into a maintenance phase.

Week 12

  • Learn the importance of transitioning out of a calorie deficit and into a maintenance phase.
  • Learn how to increase your calories for maintenance.

Week 13

  • Review all things involved in the maintenance phase.

Week 14

  • Learn how your success story can make you money.

Week 15

  • Review any content needed to ensure you are leaving the program fully confident in understanding how to continue on your journey.

Week 16

  • Celebration!

The Five Commitments

Before you decide to join one of our programs, we ask that you be willing to commit to the five commitments outlined below. In fact, we don't let anyone join the program unless you are willing to commit to the five commitments. 

Why?

Because if you are ready to commit to the five commitments, then we can ensure that you have the best experience possible, which is the only experience we want you to have. The BEST experience!

The only hesitation we would have with you joining our program would be if you could not agree to all of the five commitments. Everything else is an outside factor that you will learn how to manage throughout our program.

The Five Commitments:

  1. Be willing to download the free version of MyFitnessPal and track your food daily.
  2. Be willing to enter your macronutrient and fiber data from MyFitnessPal into your personalized excel spreadsheet daily (This takes about 60 seconds).
  3. Personal: Be willing to reach out to your coach whenever you need help. Group or Self-Guided: Be willing to show up to your live weekly group call or be willing to watch the replay each week.
  4. Own a body weight scale and be willing to weigh yourself each morning and record your weight into your personalized excel spreadsheet.
  5. Own a food scale and be willing to weigh out your food any time you are in control of it.

If you can commit to the five commitments, then we can ensure that you will have an awesome experience! You will learn more than you probably expect! You will see awesome results! You're only regret, will be that you didn't find us sooner!
