If you can’t attend live, don’t worry—there will always be a replay available for you to watch at your convenience.

Once the schedule is finalized, you’ll receive an email with all of the dates so you can add them to your calendar.

Mindset Mastery is a six-week, step-by-step program designed to help you rewire your thoughts and positively transform your life using mindset strategies, science, and scripture.

The program is simple and structured in two parts:

Part 1: How to Switch On Your Brain (Weeks 1–3)
For the first three weeks, we’ll be learning and discussing the book "Switch On Your Brain" by Dr. Caroline Leaf. Think of this as a guided book club. Each week, you’ll read the assigned chapters, then join a live Zoom call where I’ll facilitate questions and discussion. Together, we’ll amplify our learning by sharing insights and growing from each other’s experiences.

Part 2: The 21-Day Brain Detox Plan (Weeks 4–6)
For the final three weeks, you’ll put the book into action through the 21-Day Brain Detox Plan. Each week, you’ll implement the steps of the plan with a focus on what matters most to you personally. Then, we’ll meet on a live Zoom call for guided discussion, encouragement, and celebrating each person’s renewed mind and transformation.

At the end of the program, you’ll also receive the polished version of my personal notes to keep as a resource.

Technically, nothing is required. You can simply show up to the live Zoom calls or watch the replays.

For the best experience, however, I highly recommend purchasing the book Switch On Your Brain by Dr. Caroline Leaf (or the audiobook version). You’ll receive a direct purchase link in your welcome email when you join the program.

And of course, having a pen and paper handy for taking notes is always a great idea 🙂
