Start the new year off right by putting your health first. This fitness challenge will get you fitter, faster, stronger, and feeling better than ever!
Six weeks of functional fitness paired with fun! Each class runs 60 minutes. You will learn how to lift weights with proper form, perform the workout of the day (WOD), and be supported by a community of health driven people.
You'll receive a nutrition handout to help guide your nutrition choices, access to the Calories & Confidence mini nutrition online course, and access to weekly group nutrition training calls (or access to the replays if you can't make them live).
Each week, your coach will personally reach out to you outside of class to check in with you, keep you accountable, answer any questions you have, and be your constant support throughout the challenge!
Nope!
This challenge is for the couch potato, well versed athlete, and anything in between. You will be a part of a group, but the weights and movements that you do will always be catered to you personally.
Everything is scale-able!
If you're not comfortable jumping on a box, we'll scale to box step ups. If you can't do a pull-up yet, we'll scale to rings rows. If you have limited range of motion or have an old injury that causes issues, we will change the movement. There will always be a way to modify anything.
Every class is coach led so you will always know exactly what to do or how to scale your weights and movements appropriately.
Yes!
Each week, you will have access to weekly group nutrition training calls with a coach. These calls will be via Zoom webinar. The day and time of the call may vary each week. If you miss a call, you will receive the replay to watch at your convenience. The group nutrition calls are not a mandatory part of the challenge, but will be available to those who wish to take advantage of them.
You will also receive a nutrition handout that you can reference at any time to help guide your nutrition choices, as well as access to the online Calories & Confidence Mini Nutrition Course.
December 30th - February 7th.
Orientation is December 29th @ 7:00pm.
February 8th @ 12:00pm is the baseline workout retest and remeasure.
Any dates that you will be unavailable for simply let us know and we'll find a day to reschedule.
Simply let your coach know about the dates you will be missing and you'll be given an alternative plan. This could be an "Away From The Gym" workout plan or scheduling a time to attend a different class day/time if it works around your schedule.
Yes!
If you invite a friend to join you and they decide to accept the challenge, then you and your friend will receive $50 off the challenge fee. (The $50 will be refunded to the card you paid with on the day of orientation.)
Absolutely!
If you complete every day of the challenge and you are unsatisfied with your results, simply let us know and we'll refund your money as an apology for wasting your time.
